5. Payments

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@thehomepodcast.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Access to services continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. Once a billing period has started, fees are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for unused months may be requested if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of the subscription. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
One-Time Services & Setup Fees: These are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or work has started.
Advisory Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Service Termination by The Home Podcast

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment is not received on time.
A client fails to provide required information or documents.
Services are used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining billing period.

4. Disputes

If you believe a billing error or service issue occurred, please contact us at info@thehomepodcast.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
